I would highly recommend Gareth and his team, from our first meet to obtain a quote Gareth was so friendly. He was so helpful in dropping off more boxes when required. On the actual moving day the timings went exactly to Gareth’s predictions, and the day went so smoothly. After all the stress of the house sale it was such a relief. I've never written a review before but I was so impressed with the service provided by Gareth and his team I thought it was the best way to thank them. I contacted GTB just one week before our scheduled move after losing confidence in our first choice of local removal company. From the initial phone call I felt in good hands, Gareth was very polite and professional on the phone and he arranged to come and visit a few days later to look at how much we were moving and provided us with a quotation the same evening. On moving day they arrived at 7.30am, they covered our cream carpets with protective covers and started loading straight away. By 12:00 the team had completely filled a 42ft long lorry and were ready to travel to our new home. At our new home, once again protective covering was put over the carpets and everything was unloaded and placed in the areas I had requested. Gareth and his two team mates were our heros, they were all friendly, polite, kind and very helpful - they were worth every penny.

I highly recommend Gareth and his team at GTB Removals. Having worked as a removal man in the past, I had high expectations. I found Gareth to be very pleasant, the quote was reasonable and better than other quotes. The service was spot on and our house move went so smoothly. They really did take the strain for us. If we ever decide to move house again, we'd use GTB without hesitation.

We used GTB for our house move in May and received a fantastic service from start to finish. Gareth and the team worked extremely hard to ensure the day went as smooth as possible. We used the full packing service too which was excellent and took all the stress out of moving. Not a single thing was broken or damaged and all packed beautifully! The whole team was very polite and friendly and although not the cheapest (and not the most expensive!) of all the companies we looked at I got a great vibe from them and I wasn’t wrong! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service.
We actually lost a coffee cup in the move but I emailed Gareth and a few weeks later this was found and returned to us from one of the boxes we had given back to them which we thought was empty! Now that’s what I call service!

Today is the third time I have used GTB Services. I can honestly say, without any hesitation that the service they provide is outstanding. The level of professionalism is to be applauded. Each time they have been, prompt, efficient and happy. Each job they have done has been effortlessly executed. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent “all round”
My wife and I were looking for a removal out, storage and local removal in service.
GTB carried out a home visit, assessed our needs, explained in detail their offering and followed up quickly with a competive quote.
We visited their premises before appointing...high security levels, spotlessly clean and temperature controlled storage facilities.
As we were working away from home at the “moving out date” GTB carried out a site visit one week prior to move to discuss logistics etc.
After four months in storage our worldly goods have been delivered safely to our new home.
Completely stress free experience.....thanks guys!

What an excellent and efficient experience!

We asked GTB to help us on a Man in a Van basis. My own experience of that situation is you get inexperienced workmen and people who want to string it out as long as people to get more money!

We’ll Gareth & I had agreed on the price, GTB wanted a minimum of 4 hours and the balance at an hourly rate.

They got stuck in from the 1st minute they arrived. They had all the equipment & moving know how to make our move efficient and less traumatic than it already was. And they were strong lads too!

We didn’t have to go far, but 4 & half hours later they were done.
No extra charge, nothing!

Gareth and Pete were absolutely brilliant and our move ran like clockwork. They were so well organised and extremely helpful. They moved us out one morning and we didn't need to move in the next day. They were punctual both days and looked after our belongings extremely well. The price was really good too. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
