We had multiple companies quote for the works but we were impressed by Robert’s professionalism and communication during the estimating process.

We booked Maidstone Removals and we’re moving to a new build, the completion date kept getting pushed back and despite this, Maidstone Removals we’re perfectly understanding.

Once we received confirmation of the completion date, Rob and Aaron confirmed the next steps and we were good to go.

On moving day, Aaron and the team turned up in clean vehicles, all wore branded uniform and the team were very polite and professional. They made the job look a lot easier than it was.

Items were protected and the team took great care whilst moving our belongings, they had the work done by lunchtime. Very impressed!
The unload was a similar story and the team are a credit to Maidstone Removals.

I cannot stress enough how impressed we have been with Maidstone Removals. We have not had the easiest ride with the purchase of our new build and had to keep changing our moving date at very short notice but this was no problem for Maidstone Removals. Communication was excellent, they were punctual and polite and nothing was too much trouble. I will be recommending them to everybody I know and would certainly use them again in the future.

Maidstone Removals did a fantastic job: full packing service at our old house and moving us into our new house. The team was super hard-working and professional. Everything made it in one piece and we were fully into the new place by 3:00pm. Really great experience and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely great removal service from start to finish with our move from Kent to Dorset. We had the full packing service along with the moving which was done with care and attention. All has arrived without any breakage or damage. The removal guys were all pleasant, polite, helpful and very professional. All for a very competitive price and helpful attitude with a moving completion date from the administration people. Would recommend to anyone.

I contacted Maidstone Removals in the summer to quote for a move from Kent to Essex with an overnight on the lorry in-between. Jack did the estimate and was very helpful with packing suggestions, the quote was competitive. In the end we did not move until December. Despite less than a weeks notice they managed to fit us in. Jack returned for the move along with Max and Dan, they were all excellent. Due to the short notice we were behind with packing but the guys worked around us and diligently just got on with it including dismantling two beds and a desk. The house load was completed on time with no problems. The next day they made an early start and beat us to the property in Essex. Despite the snow and ice, again the guys just methodically unloaded the lorry and put things in the rooms as labelled. We noticed several times that where items were not labelled they remembered the room they took it from and make a sensible choice about where to put it in the new house. Again they were cheerful, professional and careful (there was no damage to our property). Everything dissembled was rebuilt without issues. We are pleased to say there is no breakages, there was even 6 wine glasses that were one of the last things on the lorry and in a rush we just handed them to the guys in a flimsy carton and they survived perfectly! All in all, very pleased with the team in the office who took the booking and our queries and the guys who handled the move. Highly recommended.
