Lifesavers! Next delivered my sofa this morning but part of if wouldn't fit through my front door, the guys from lift and load responded super quickly to my urgent request for help (it was blocking the communal hallway) and lifted it in through the window. They were really careful with the item and my walls too. Expensive but you expect it with a last minute call for help. THANK YOU

The folks at Lift and Load helped my out of an bind to urgently move a very large 185kg glass skylight panel. The friendly crew kindly showed up at dawn and made short professional work of it and helped get it to where it needed to go. I highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed. Fair prices and excellent service.

I had a large structure to move from a museum to storage. I called round a few companies for quotes and although they were not the cheapest of the quotes (still reasonable), I am extremely glad I went with Lift and Load London as they were worth the extra. Their service from day one was extremely friendly, helpful, efficient, and fast. They even went above and beyond my expectations in helping me find affordable storage.

They were happy to communicate with third parties on my behalf to clarify details for the move, to ensure a smooth run. Pricing was all clear no hidden cost or sudden changes.
They were great in accommodating a few minor late changes. The day of the move went like clockwork, they arrived on time, worked with the on site team in a very professional manner. The removal team was friendly, professional and efficient in loading and unloading. I was amazed at how much they managed to storage in the space allocated to them.

I would not hesitate to recommend them for any removal jobs. I would personally be using them again myself in the future.

Took all the hassle and stress away. Team co-ordinated with storage company, delivered on time, and then used a crane to dispose of huge pots on the roof terrace and replacing with new ones. It avoided damage to the walls if I’d tried to get through the house. The crane took just 25 minutes. I would definitely use again.

The pictures attached are what is left of a very very expensive piece of machinery that lift and load moved this last Sunday for us.

Their website screams professionalism, they repeat many times how they train all their people yet the crew they sent had no removals experience at all and had to be supervised continually. They didn’t send the vehicle they said they would and they sent a smaller tram than the said they would do a four hour job turned into 10 hours.

To cap it all, they sent us a bill today for about £500 for the extra time it took because of their own failures! The damage to this machine is going to be in excess of £600 to repair and now they refuse to give their insurers details so we can assume they have no insurance.

I have only given these people one star because it won’t allow me to give none.

Give these people a very wide berth if you value your property. Shocking cowboys

Without doubt the best moving company I have used. I had to move last minute and they were easily contactable and the whole moving day was made so much easier thanks to them. A wonderful team of staff who really looked after me as I moved into my first place on my own. We had a good laugh, and they went over and above to help me. We needed someone to help us last minute with moving furniture and hanging pictures, and we used the services of Lift and Load London. It was very easy to make the booking and payment, and the guy they sent arrived on time, was polite and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

The team from lift and load were very professional and helpful. Great teamwork and shifted my two heavyweight workbenches from garage to workshop. A tidy job, with no damage to the newly built workshop despite the extreme weight and awkwardness of the load.
