I must say we used this removal company to move house and we could not have been more pleased they were very professional and very helpful I will be recommending this company to all my friends and will definitely use there services again in the future,

I do not recommend THMVS service. I had booked their service once but had to cancel - and they promised me a full refund. I still haven't received their refund yet after almost a month, and they have been very uncommunicative, ignoring calls, and constantly delaying. Not a reliable service in my eyes.

Thank you to the handyman and van services for there assistance on Saturday. Guys were very professional. Moved our entire home and helped us pack too. Very happy overall.

Guy arrived on the time. Dressed in Nike clothes thin like bushman and cherry picking lightweight and semifull boxes telling me that I have to take heavy stuff by myself. I want to see how he said that to old lady... Unprofessional and arrogant. Start argue when I remind him that I pay him for service. Told me that I have to take my stuff out of the car. I persuaded him to take it out with me but half of it he just thrown out then left. He just drive not helping. Not recommend if you don't want to do everything by yourself if you want to load and unload by yourself go for it. Yet guy said to me that he is boss of business. Garbage

Some vintage chairs, which happened to be the most valuable items, went missing during the move.

Either David and his team left these out in the street for someone to take, or they helped themselves to them from the flat.

Either way, David has delayed and delayed, and lied and lied, about returning them, refunding them, 'investigating it'. In reality, he is ignoring the calls and, on occasion, shouting down the phone at me.

The whole process has been frustrating and saddening. I would strongly encourage anyone reading this not to use this service.

Excellent service, the removal man arrived early and was very pleasant, helping me move my personal belongings, highly recommended.
