I used Tony and his guys for my move from London to Essex and found their service and price to be fantastic.
I had to rebook a couple of times due to my buyer but Tony found away to accommodate me with the final date.
They arrived the day before and packed all my items carefully and concise labeling all the boxes clearly.
Staying until all was done. Even taking some items which I was not taking with me to my garage.
The following day I had an appointment so had given Tony a key to the house so they could start the loading When I arrived back there was a 4 man team all working.and we were packed and ready to go by 10.30-11am
On arrival the guys unloaded and even kindly removed the washing machine which had been left and plumbed in mine
I can honestly say that I had a fantastic service and would recommend this company to any and everyone especially those who do not want to do any packing themselves
Once again thank you Tony and the lads you made what could have been a stressful situation a very pleasant one.

We chose Promover for our recent house move and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Right from the outset, Promover Team Removals provided an incredibly professional service. Michael did a visit at short notice to provide an initial quote and then followed up with a revised plan that provided better value. Absolute angels!! I'm so glad I went with these guys to move me. They were lovely, quick and careful. They even fixed a slat in my daybed that was already broken! I was so anxious about moving today and they made it so easy ☺️

Tony came to do a quote for me and I was sold pretty quickly! They dismantled and reassembled a bed and a day bed with no fuss. I'd 100% go with them again if I moved again.

Just so helpful in so many ways from the initial cataloguing of our house, through the many delays in our move, and Diana made such a difference by answering all sorts of questions and booking cleaners for us. On the day of packing, the guys absolutely flew through it, and the same on the day of the move - in and out and set up at the new house so quickly. Everything was done impeccably. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

The Promover Team did a beyond excellent job for our move. They packed up our house, as well as moved everything across Wimbledon. Everything was packed so carefully and efficiently - nothing at all broke. On moving day, they were very proactive and helped us far more than we expected. I would honestly say this is one of the best services I have ever had and I would highly recommend them. They even brought on an extra person and vehicle to make the move easier and quicker for us. We only had a 2 week window and yet the Promover team were flexible and professional throughout. They had a calm manner and greeted each of us by name every single time; whether passing us on the stairs with packing boxes or answering the phone to my many queries. The packing was done with care and with smiles making the moving experience so much better than we could have ever hoped for. We cannot thank them enough for their diligence and professionalism. A job very well done.
