Moving house is extremely stressful especially with a young one. We were fortunate to know of skyline removals having previously used their services.

They were as brilliant today as they were last time.

Professional, polite and efficient with excellent attention to customer care. They treated my belongings like they were their own.

The day of the move went very smoothly, mainly due to the speed at which the Skyline team emptied our property, allowing our sale and purchase funds to go through! The team were very professional and the office staff were very accommodating when dealing with requests and even increasing the scope of our move.

Skyline were affordable and it was money very well spent. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I have moved house a number of times. This time we came to help our daughter and family move. I was impressed by the efficiency of the team. They worked hard and were polite and accommodating at all times. Nothing got damaged. A smooth operation all round!

Really awful experience - my road was closed and the movers refused to walk 50m from the end of the road with my things. They wanted to charge me £500 to either do it in the evening or the next day (when I already paid £450 for transport). They left all the furniture at the side of the end of my road. The people doing construction on my road couldn’t believe the poor service and they actually helped me carry all the things the movers dumped into my house!!! Unbelievable. And when I asked for a discount since they didn’t bring things in or assemble them (which I paid for) they said no. Super unhelpful and unwilling. They only brought two pieces of furniture into the house from the corner of the street because I begged them to do that as those were extremely heavy.

I moved from London to Manchester a couple of weeks ago. Excellent service cannot fault them at all. The removal team were polite, friendly and helpful and took great care moving my belongings. Very reasonable price. Would throughly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the service. They carried out a video service and were the only company out of several that correctly identified we would need a bigger truck than a Luton van. They sent the packing materials in good time but then we had to change the date and they were unfortunately not available (although Lyla in the office was really trying to squeeze us in). We weren't too pleased with the service offered by the other company, so when we had to move our stuff again, this time from storage to our final destination, we reverted back to Skyline. They had a difficult job, because they had to deal with the situation left by the other company, including not properly secured furniture which was disassembled in a chaotic manner. They dealt with everything promptly and were generally quite pleasant to deal with. All in all, highly recommended.

Scheduling the removal was a very easy process and they were supportive when we needed to change the date. The removal team was great, very polite, but they were rushing a bit, so they were not very careful all the time. Once they brought the stuff to the new address, they asked where we want to place them, unwrapped it to make sure nothing was damaged. All in all, great service, with some improvements would make it 5 stars.
