BRILLIANT SERVICE! Moving is always stressful but I have never felt so relaxed and take care of during a move. Excellent service, very responsive and helpful when determining the type of van we needed to order. Arrived on time and told us to just relax so they packed and moved everything, and with great care! Such great people, with enthusiasm and they made the move look easy! It was so great being able to start unpacking as they were offloading at the new house. They took the boxes/furniture to the relevant rooms. They are so trustworthy! I would not move without their help and HIGHLY RECOMMEND using their services!

These guys did a fantastic job from starting to finish. My wife communicated with them about the booking before moving day. They always responded quickly and were honest with us about what we did and didn’t need for the move.

On moving day they turned up in good time (slightly early), and were very friendly and hard working. They listened properly to our instructions about what was the landlord’s and what was ours.

I wish all businesses were run like this!

Hired these guys to help with a move. Booking the 2 men and a van was very easy. No hidden charges and a deposit taken. Day of the move, they arrived promptly and got right to work loading the van. At the other end, they unloaded the van swiftly and helped me put some furniture back together. Even helped with a bit of first aid! I booked them for 3 hours, but they were so efficient, it was completed in less time. Would recommend this company and would definitely use them again. I have just used que removals for the second time and it was as amazing as my first experience. No hidden costs, great price, really friendly and helpful staff members. The movers were incredibly efficient and moved everything out and in for a 3 bed in 2 hours. Nothing was broken and the service was with a smile. Not to mention the two guys were an absolute delight and made what is normally a stressful occasion a really enjoyable one. I also rang the day before to request a second person to help with the move (as opposed to one person) and that was not an issue at all. Keep up the good work guys, I will continue to use you in the future

I moved yesterday and from first ringing Que removal they were great and so helpful. From being stressed out I was immediately put at ease talking to Addison, lovely person to the 2 young men that were sent round to do the move for me nothing was too much trouble for them and all done with a smile. I cannot say how much I was pleased with the service I got. If I ever had to move again I would not hesitate to use Que removal again who turned a stressful time for me into a much better experience, thank you all so much.

Giovanni and the team were so fast! I couldn’t believe how quickly they packed everything up and got it all loaded in to the van, and with such care. Apart from anything else they were also lovely to deal with, and I felt in very safe hands with them. Super responsive on WhatsApp too on the day. 10/10 would recommend, and we actually had them recommended ourselves from other friends who’d had similar positive experiences

Very professional service. I booked Que Removal for a Trade show to move my products and display shelves to Olympia London. They arrived on time. They moved everything into their van carefully including my lovely plants. Took away a lot of the stress. Once we arrived at the venue they unloaded everything at our Stand. Really pleased. Money well spent. I will definitely be using them again

They were on time, with fabulous manners. Sameer asked questions about what I wanted done differently and he paid full attention to me and to my property.
They never tried to slow down the job , and they dismantled and assembled my wardrobe perfectly.
