I called these people yesterday to confirm to my moving date for Saturday. The seems nice enough on the phone. Was very straight forward and polite. Told me to text the address and time to confirm my booking. To which I did. Come moving day, my allocated slot was in the afternoon. I waited until it was 30 mins past my slot. Still no arrival or communication of there lateness’s. When I called to Clare what was happening the man on the phone said he check with his colleague and call me back. 30mins later no response. When I tried to call them back to find out what has happened they did not answer the phone and have subsequently cancelled hung up every phone called I made after this that point. As a last stitch I text them one final time asking if they could either let me know what time they are coming as, it was the late afternoon and I’ll struggle to find someone at such late notice. However I still did not get a response and am now left in the lurch for the day. I would not recommend this company, the service was terrible and they are highly unprofessional and lack communication. Absolutely no respect for their customers. Honestly I’d hope this review makes them rethink there customer service but I doubt it. To think they charge £80 an hour for them to ignore customers after they confirmed the job. Hopefully it will make anyone else planning to use this company to think twice.
