Alex and team did an outstanding job helping us move. They were helpful, polite and walked the extra mile to make the day less stressful for us. Alex has been responsive and accommodating during the process and was able to fit us in at short notice. I would recommend using this company.

Alex provided a quote and plan based on our belongings spread over two households. In advance he also provided the names of the people who would be conducting the removal on the day who were all very prompt. Having moved home several times before, completion can be very stressful , however, palmtree removed this and have provided the best service out of my experience 👍🏻

Got the whole job done in a day as promised, went above and beyond when our storage unit wasn't big enough. Alex sorted it all out for us. Lots of communication before hand to check details and plans.

There are no words to adequately describe the quality of the service from Alex and team. Responsive, friendly, incredibly hard-working, very caring about what they are doing and the impact on the client - this is a level of service that you find very rarely in life. On top of that they are very good value compared to the big removals companies. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They made a complex move (from London to Edinburgh) so easy and stress-free and straightforward. A totally brilliant company. They are without doubt the creme de la creme.

Had long distance removal from surrey to devon 24th August 2022. Two medium size trucks to move items from a garage and 1 bed flat. Alex and team were responsive and professional from the start. Advising and good communication before, during
removals process. A pleasure to meet the team. Good ethos process and willingness to meet customers expectations, without mishaps or causing undue stress on the day.

We moved out of our home in Surrey to go into storage in West Sussex . A month later Alex and the team moved us from storage into our new home . It wasn’t the easiest of operations for them but they were so patient and professional a great bunch of characters always cheerful keeping us calm !
