Fantastic service! I have used this company twice now and both moves were handled with efficiency and care. I would recommend them to anyone any day of the week!

I had to cancel my booking as when I asked for a confirmation I received these answers via text message:

Me: Hi just to confirm, this Saturday etc etc.
Anytime Removals: Full name full address
Me: full name and address provided
Anytime Removals: Ok 9am
Me: Perfect see you then
Anytime Removals: *sss
Me: ?
Anytime Removals: ChHhhbv>dC. CcJgggG.Tyqo

No reply after this message, I just had to cancel my booking. Unreliable, waste of time.

defiantly avoid this company, plenty of more professional company's around.
i had a removal booked for 2pm today, it got to about 2:30 and there was still no sign of the van.
i then made a phone call to them and was told that the men who were supposed to be coming are stuck on another job. i am now sitting in my flat with my 11 month old son, with all my belongings packed and no removal van.
i am supposed to be out of this flat today otherwise i'm charged for a whole weeks rent. disgusting customer service will defiantly seeing if there is any legal action that could be taken and writing to the newspaper about them

From the beginning with Tony's visit to assess what had to be done, I felt I was in safe hands. He was very friendly and courteous as were the two staff that he he sent to do the actual move - Dan and Ryan who were an absolute pleasure to meet and obviously do the job.
The actual move was smooth and they were efficient, punctual and made no mess. I think you get what you pay for as although it wasn't as cheap as chips, they did the job well with a great attitude. Recommended!!

Horrible service. booked in for 2 for 2 hours as i had work at 4 and he turned up 1 hour and 20 minutes late without ever phoning me to tell me he was late. And when he demanded full payment told me they were allowed to be up to 2 hours late

I did all the work moving my stuff out before he arrived since he was so late and he charged me more than original value. for literally 10 minutes of driving he made £100.

He made sure to ask for the money after loading up the van so i would have to pay.

They did arrange to move the rest the next day to make up for being late, but the same driver cancelled it without telling me because i gave him a 1 star review and then insulted me. He definitely earned this 1 star.

AWFUL. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! The company are trading under the same name as a company in Brighton. I made a booking in error with them and paid a deposit. I emailed 4 days in advance to cancel the booking and ask for the money back providing details of my bank for a refund. I rang first thing this morning. I am cancelling with over 96 hours notice. The owner, David Eze, refuses to give money back or even to answer phone calls and emails. SHOCKING.

Worst moving company ever. Driver was two hours late and refused to move a finger, when he finally decided to do minimal help (place stuff in the van) he put all of my furniture in such a way that everything got ruined. Company is now refusing to take any responsibility for any of it.

Do not use them they will ruin your day and your furniture

last time i checked 1+2 is 3, that's one driver, one person and a cripple (if you want to blame a disability you know nothing about on you ruining my furniture)

the driver did not voice any concerns except for complaining things like 'oh it's upstairs? nobody told me it would be upstairs!' 'you wanna carry the mattress? god you two carry it, i can't carry anymore' after one thing taken down! THIS IS ON VIDEO!!!!

Also plenty of bad reviews in here but they keep harassing and outing the disabled, smart move!

Never showed up, didn’t answer the phone. When they finally did, they said they’d find out where the driver was and call me back. They then blocked my number. Luckily they refunded my deposit, however they never informed me. Very unprofessional. I suggest you look else where if you need a removal service.
