Affable people. They packed & moved my stuff quickly.

However, since the move I see that they have stuffed my belongings into bags. Put other things into boxes that I had labelled from my last move. Put items onto fragile things. Mixed everything up so I now don't know where anything is.

I understood that their packing service would mean they used new boxes to pack up things that weren't already packed. Not just use my boxes and fill them up to capacity. Or use my bin bags, suitcases and boxes. I don't think they used any packing materials of their own.

I'm glad they packed & moved my stuff because I was unwell and couldn't, but I'm disappointed that it wasn't done in a more orderly way.

The team from Bella Removals were skilled, efficient and extremely helpful. Unfortunately my physical abilities are limited but thanks to the team at Bella Removals my move went smoothly. They dismantled/transported/reassembled a slate bedded dining pool table & an ottoman king sized bed safely. Two normal beds, one of which was another king. A garage of tools/equipment, three normal bikes and a recumbent tricycle. A shed of gardening equipment, patio furniture and two large potted plants. White goods including a washing machine, tumble dryer and a tall freezer. Kitchen table/eight wooden chairs, three piece suite and double sized swivel chair. All of this was done with great communication; both in person & texted updates. We were quoted an extremely competitive price despite the amount of goods that needed to be transported and the team only called it a day once everything was assembled and we were happy. Checks of service were asked for throughout the day. A later visit to reclaim a transport chest was also easily arranged through text. Considering the scale of the job that our move turned out to be I am extremely grateful to Raffi, Nikki and the team.

They helped me move from northolt to basingstoke also very hardworking people, efficient. They packed partially everything in the house a day before then finished up quick the day after. All my fragile items also remains intact no damage at all!! They made sure the floors were covered with blankets so it doesn’t get any stain. And made zero damages I’m happy with their service and I highly recommend it.!

They moved me from reading to Scotland , very very professional I had full service with parking , they move me 2years ago I have very fragile and expensive items my beds are huge master unique but Rafi give me very good service whatever he promised he delivered I just only trust on Bella removal and they never let me down my whole family use Bella removal last five years very happy with their services I must recommend this company to everyone highly professional my six bedroom house with packing they done excellent job very happy .

Bella Removal have been tremendously helpful and professional. They really took the stress of our big move whilst been respectful to our home and items.
I have told the team I’ll be contacting them again for my next move as am not sure I will find another mover quite as great as them.

They decided to move my piano without a working tail lift and dropped the piano multiple times. the stood the piano on its side and refused to use the rear door as it would be "more work"

They damage my newly varnished wood floors and scratched the piano in mulitple places.

They chipped the varnish and damaged the hammer mechanism for a few keys.

When i informed them of it they initially threatened legal action if a gave them a bad review. Then promised they would come and inspect the damage. They are now ignoring my calls and emails.

Do not use this company they are unprofessional and have terrible customer service. I am now out of pocket by around thousands of pounds.

Bella Removals was prompt, professional, good value for money and provides fast and friendly service for a very last minute move need for a renovation project that needed a large portion of my house furnishings removed with 2 days notice. Thanks so much Rafi and Nikki!!!
