I have used G Whiz Removal companies to move home and my experience was that, they are very reliable.
The professionalism they show in doing their work was very impressive. A friend gave me their number at work when I asked for removals van. Right from the customer service telephone manners, I was looking forward to the removal until they arrived on the fixed date. It was amazing. They helped me pack my house hold items, everything well arranged without any scratch or damage.

Wisdom was able to turn up and take my new summer house safely to its new home within 40 minutes of my phone call! Very reasonable price and a lovely man as well. Even did an unplanned detour for me. Would definitely recommend!

A very Professional service with friendly and polite staff who truly value they customers. Every item was removed and packed with love hence no damage and dirty furniture. They arrived promptly on time has agreed and worked at speed to get the job done. Great value for money service with the emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, I was let down by two removal companies for a very simple job. However, one of the companies recommended Wisdom and his team and I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided from GWhiz Removals.

I called Wisdom after 9pm after being let down by the second removal company and even though it was very short notice he fit my job into his schedule for the following day. On the day of the move, he was slightly later than advised as he was stuck in traffic but it didn’t bother me as I was grateful that he was able to fit me into his diary at the last minute. Furthermore, I was elated about the fact that I didn’t have to chase him for confirmation of the booking or to find out why he was late. Wisdom ensured that he kept me updated with regular text messages and phone calls to advise of his ETA and reasons for any delays.

Upon arrival, Wisdom and his team proceeded to get straight to work and moved a 300m x 150cm table top from the downstairs of my flat to the upstairs mezzanine area in despite of the very narrow staircase with care and careful consideration ensuring that the wooden floor was not scratched in the process. What was deemed a four man job by some companies was easily executed by Wisdom and his colleague.

The team were friendly, didn’t complain or make excuses and carried out the job quickly, efficiently and performed a job to the highest standard. I found the experience to be very refreshing, as the customer service was stellar, something that does not happen very often nowadays.

Gwhiz are extremely professional, very reliable and efficient. They arrive on time, they are fast with their service and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good removal service and would not hesitate to use them again myself.

I Spoke with Wisdom a few weeks ago from putting an enquiry online, Wisdom responded very fast which i found to be excellent service and his price was very reasonable. I booked with Wisdom and i'm so happy to say the service provided was as expected.

If I could give them zero star I would I air freighted some things from the uk, by the time the boxes got to me they were drenched in oil, many items destroyed by the oil, it took the so called owner Wisdom 9hours to get back to me after reading my message almost immediately after sending them and then finally reaching out with an arrogant attitude not wanting to take responsibility. One will pay heavily for their services and then they cant be accountable, I have counted my losses and I am never using them again.
