Bee Moved Removals And Storage

My first time of buying and selling a house, so quite stressful. I can happily say that Bee Moved were amazing and helped me more than I imagined. The team were professional, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Colin was brilliant and so patient with me helping with all sorts of questions I had. Overall really impressed with the service, would definitely recommend. Thank you Bee Moved!

Took over a week to respond after visit, did not send a quote as promised then phoned and said my dates were full and good luck! Good luck to you with this level of customer service, I wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! I engaged them as in a rush, big mistake. HUGE mistake!

Very very high cost for removals eg, Brighton Rock charged me £140 to remove my things from storage, Hero removals quoted £200. Bee Moved quoted £450!

However what made me pull my belongings out of storage at least six months earlier than planned was the aggressive, angry, confrontational, hostile communications from a woman called Denise who has toxic behaviours and attitude. I decided hat I wasn’t giving any more of my money to a company that treated me, or indeed anyone in this manner.

The administration department clearly needs a huge review, I was given two incorrect invoices and even the movers hinted that mistakes/oversights were par for the course.

Shocking and unacceptable on every level.

Callum and Ryan were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, cheerful and helpful! They were also super fast! Highly recommend!

Just have to give a brilliant 5 star review to the guys from Bee Moved - Ant, Chuck and Ryan - They helped my parents move home over a weekend a couple of weeks back and they couldn't have been more professional, attentive, respectful and good natured. They really made the whole experience half as stressful as it could have been and really put a smile on me and my family's faces. Thanks lads - Highly recommended!

We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We had Ryan, Chuck and Julian managing our move and they could not have been more brilliant! Office kept in touch prior to move & removal team exceptionally good & helpful. Friendly, polite & very careful with our property, no damage at all to anything.
