Plain Sailing were responsive, clear, very professional at all times, and overall really nice people, a pleasure to deal with.

They showed up on time, super well organised, were very careful with our stuff, and simply took care of everything. They went above and beyond to make the removal stress free.

We didn't factor we had to unassemble ( and then assemble) some furniture items, but they did it without a huff. Plus, price-wise, the most competitive we found.

A faultless service - they took complete care of all our belongings. Each item was individually assessed to make sure it would travel okay in transit. Danny & his colleague were friendly, courteous & highly professional. Nothing was to much trouble, they worked around our three dogs at our old property and then around our flooring fitters at our new property. Great guys and an outstanding service 👏🏻 👌🏻

Plain Sailing were brilliant to work with. From my first enquiry to the positioning of the final box everything was fantastic. Ricky was knowledgeable & friendly when visiting to quote. Louise was very patient & accommodating as our date kept changing, whilst I became increasingly stressed she was calm, efficient & nothing but helpful & understanding. On the day Matt & Scott were incredible, nothing was too much trouble & they were easy & very pleasant to work with - lovely, lovely guys.

Do not hesitate to use Plain Sailing. When my original removers let me down days before my move Plain Sailing stepped in at short notice. Ricky came within two hours, quoted competitively and put me at ease. On the day Ricky, Matt and Aiden arrived early and took charge. The move out and in went faultlessly. It was a long day of snow and ice and their friendliness and efficiency was much appreciated. They did not leave until they were sure that everything was in place including a large amount of garden furniture and potted plants. Many thanks guys and a shout out to Louise in the office!
