The Euro group have very poor communication and delivery planning. They have been unable to give me a clear date over 7 days .. which is very poor for planning and organizing. I was dealing with them and they neglected to tell me there was an issue with my original shippers. I was communicating with the Eurogroup after they had my goods and it had cleared customs 26 july. They said 10-15 days which I planned my hospital trip around. They neglected to tell me there was a hold on 1st august I only found that out from head of sales 3 days after ... when I asked what was happening... it was resolved very quickly however they didn't stick to their original 10-15 days delivery timeline and cannot give a date more than a week in advance which is vet poor for organization. The team are aggressive and unhelpful

These guys delivered my shipment in the middle of a pandemic!!! Seriously can't thank them enough to finally have my bed back. Super professional, quick (no more than 40 mins), and friendly. All of my items, including a heavy, floor-length mirror, arrived in perfect condition from the US. I will definitely be recommending them again to anyone who needs movers in the UK/London area! I had my dilivery from dubai to the UK and I have to be honest I was so pleased with this service and with frankie who was looking after me through out she always kept me updated and was so friendly I needed to change my address on the last minute and frankie did that stright away without any issues I was so grateful, that's good customer service, the dilivery guys were so friendly and also offerd to help me unpack I am so pleased with the services I would recommend anyone who needs anything shipping eurogroup are the best thank you frankie and the team 🙂,

Not a pleasant experience using eurogroup, they delivered my furniture from Cyprus and it came a week later than the agreed date, several of my boxes were wet and the kit inside was damp. A number of items in boxes were broken.

Once delivery had been done and I finished unpacking I got in touch with the company to ask for boxes to be collected, only after several emails did I get a reply, the reply said they had no one in the area and it will take 2 week. Terrible customer care.

The packers in Cyprus were rude and had to be told several times that my boxes are not to be thrown into the back of the truck as the stuff inside is fragile. It said FRAGILE on the box in big writing.

The unpackers in the UK were great on a positive note.

I'm not able to give zero stars. In brief:
Charged us £3,000 once our shipment arrived in the UK despite us already paying the £10,000 total in the country of origin for the full service.
Held us to ransom until we paid, charging us a daily rental charge until we did.
Did not liaise with the original shippers.
Lied about the date of arrival of our shipment and charged us excessive amounts of quay rental fees and demurrage. Held us to ransom until we paid.
Failed to answer or acknowledge any of our queries.
Provided us with broken furniture, glued back together including sofa legs. Specifically unwrapped only the broken items but did not point out the breaks so that we would sign off on them. Did not unwrap any further boxes.
Lied about customs entry. Refused to provide forms.
Failed to remove our shipment from the quayside accruing over month of rental fees. Did not communicate this until after the fact, cited problems with covid and lack of drivers. Blackmailed us into footing the bill. Opportunists seeing a chance to claw back lost revenue by fleecing customers.
We did not pick Eurogroup, we chose another company who used Eurogroup. There is really nothing positive to say about the customer service or any element of their business. Appalling, dishonest and downright criminal. Avoid like the plague.
