I cannot express just how much I recommend Bristol Van Removals. Incredible service from everyone we can contact with. The office staff were amazing at finding dates and times that worked for us, and were always patient and kind when we had to rearrange. The packers and removal staff were great, lovely and friendly, polite and kind, meaning that I was completely happy to let them handle all our belongings. Perfect combination of professional but not cold, and friendly but not over-familiar. Packing was expertly done, moving was quick and efficient, all for a very good price.

Bristol Van Removals were brilliant from beginning to end of our house move. We had numerous changes to our completion date and had to keep making provisional bookings but they were patient and understanding of our situation. They provided us with plenty of boxes for packing which were delivered really quickly to us.

On the day of our move Nick and Cole were fantastic. They arrived in time and took great care of all our stuff and everything was loaded on the van so efficiently. At the arrival of our new home as things were unloaded they were placed exactly where we required them. None of our stuff was damaged and they were extremely careful ensuring no damage was done to walls/doors in the properties.

When I first sent out for quotes Bristol Van Removals were one of the first to come back with a good price clearly outlining what was included. I contacted Aimee in the office to query a couple of things and she was incredibly helpful and responsive.

I had forgotten to include the room number for the storage unit but one of the team (Max or Liam?) phoned to ask. He communicated very clearly and had a joyful note to his voice. I felt in very safe hands and trusted he would do an excellent job - a lot to say from a phone call!

One mirror was broken (not the fault of Bristol Van Removals team, it was precariously perched on a shelf by the company who moved us last time). As soon as the team arrived at the house they explained what had happened. This clear and excellent communication increased our trust in their service despite the bad news. Excellent job.

Everything was moved quickly, cleanly and with a happy smile. Great job considering the current heat wave we are experiencing.

After several attempts to find the right removal company I knew we were in safe hands with Bristol Van Removals from the start - Dave's reassuring visit and discussion of options and Aimee's reassurance and prompt replies to all our queries. They accommodated a shifting date with ease. On the day it went seamlessly and Liam and Ben could not have done more. They were so polite, chirpy, respectful, tidy and very hard working. They put everything where we wanted and swapped my old washing machine for the one they brought up; nothing phased them and they were a delight to work with. Nothing was any bother and I couldn't rate them higher than 10/10! I'd have no doubt in using this company again. Our move was from Bristol to West Wales and their pricing was competitive. Everything was strapped in and nothing was damaged in transit. They even navigated a tight lane to get to us. We really couldn't have asked for more. We would 100% recommend using Bristol Van Removals for both their packing service and removals. The packing was fantastic and the team that helped us with the move were amazing. We had some interesting obstacles (a small lift and tricky staircases) but they did brilliantly and with good humour. Thank you so much for taking a great deal of the stress away from us!

From the quoting stage, they were by far the easiest company to work with and got back promptly with a full, easy to understand quote and the booking process was smooth and quick.

The team on the day (Dan, Ash and Rob) were absolutely incredible! They turned up bang on time with lovely smiles on their faces which put me at ease and calmed by stress about the move straight away. They got right to emptying the flat and were efficient, organised and friendly. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day and they made the process stress free and easy.

They went the extra mile whenever they could, helping me get out of my new place after the door locked me in and even took a couple of minutes to fix a stool I broke a few weeks prior. This was only a couple of minutes of their time but meant a lot to me and saved me having to buy a new one.

Bristol Van Removals were exceptional from start to finish. After being let down by another company I contacted a few different companies and Bristol Van Removals were the first to reply. They were super helpful and polite. They were a competitive price and on the day were incredible.
Liam and the team were super chirpy, polite and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. They moved all furniture to exactly where we wanted it, and even moved a heavy American Fridge Freezer twice (sorry!!!).
