My wife and I needed help to move home, Safe Removals were recommended to us by a close friend who had used them in the past.
Through my dealings with them the team were efficient and responsive in the briefing stage, helpful in preparing for the move (e.g providing packaging materials early) and the move itself went very smoothly and without incident – would I use Safe Removals again? – YES! – Thanks Michal and team!

Due to travel restrictions I was unable to return to the UK to pack up my apartment and move things to storage at the end of my lease. Safe Removals completely came to the rescue and stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. The packing team even video called me to show me how the packing was going and Laura arranged an end of tenancy clean. They were lifesavers in an incredibly stressful situation! Their customer service is phenomenal with fast email replies and a friendly voice on the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my situation who needs some peace of mind.

Very grateful to Safe Removals who packed up my flat during Covid. After a year they have just delivered my belongings are they are in perfect condition. Integrity. A word rarely used nowadays but these guys have it in abundance. We booked quite last minute so they made sure we understood the implications re: deposits, etc. They were very clear with all information and the property was well respected and lovely friendly service when they moved it. I honestly couldn't praise these guys anymore.
