We used the complete packing and moving service and have no regrets: Paul and his team were very responsive, gave us really helpful advice, and the move was done quickly, efficiently and stress free. The price charged was exactly as quoted and we were very happy with the service throughout.

The guys did a terrific job moving me between flats. They were careful, polite and very helpful ensuring that they had done everything that I needed.

This is the 2nd time that I’ve used them and I cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a really tricky move involving two separate removals companies moving the contents of two houses into one new house, all on the same day. It could have been a nightmare but Paul, Rob and Adam took a can-do approach to everything and made it feel easy. They were professional but also warm and friendly at the same time. We had a few quotes for our move from yardley gobion to towcester, Paul and his team absolutely worked their socks off, they helped us all the way and put everything where we wanted it. I can honestly say in the most stressful of days, they make it so easy! Nothing was broken, or damaged in 3 full vans! If we ever move again( hopefully not) we will be using these again! We also be highly recommend to friends and family!

We recently used Complete Move Solutions for our home move and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Paul and his team were incredible at quickly moving our old home to our new home. They were incredibly punctual, professional and patient. They were able to quote and invoice incredibly quickly and at short notice. Our house move wasn’t smooth as we had to wait a few hours for our keys but the team were patient and moved all the furniture into our new home quickly and with great care.

CMS were simply brilliant! They helped us move into our dream home in October 2022 (moving from NN1 to NN5) and made the entire process stress-free. We tried to give as much notice as possible to Paul about our completion date and in the end we managed to book them in at short notice. We selected the extra service of having 4 beds dismantled and reassembled which was a life saver with 3 young children. Overall, the fees were very reasonable. The guys rocked up at 8am and were finished by 5pm. They pretty much took care of everything with great professionalism, energy and humour. Be prepared for their loud music but that is all part of the experience. There was an accident with one of our items but even that is being managed with professionalism and understanding.

As another reviewer has said - if you choose any other removal company in the Northamptonshire, then you are making a mistake!

We are more than happy with the service received from Paul and Rob last week.

Not only was the packing and removal carried out courteously and efficiently, we also really appreciate the understanding and patience demonstrated during what was proving to be a very stressful lead up to exchange and completion.

We encountered delays, and dates that kept changing, and were kept in the dark somewhat with our buyers and their solicitors, and during this whole process Paul remained patient and helpful throughout.

I can’t reccommend Complete Move Solutions enough. I had a really short time frame between exchange and completion and Paul was really flexible in terms of getting everything confirmed at the last minute. He and his team were great on the day - super efficient, just got on with things and had great humour and attitude. It meant I was moved in and able to almost unpack everything all in one day. With lots of other stresses in the moving process it was so nice to have all of the stress taken out of the packing and removals.
