On The Go Removals

On The Go Removals were fantastic in managing my stressful home move. From first contact arranging a quote and booking through Tim the service was great, on the day, the team arrived on time and were great at communicating with me to understand what needed moving. The team were all friendly and efficient and clearly prepared and experienced in removals.
Unloading the van was just as smooth as loading and all furniture and boxes were placed in the right rooms after checking with me where they needed to go. I was impressed with the additional lend of 'hanging boxes' for my clothes and protective covers for my TV and Sofas. I really cannot recommend highly enough. Will use again if I move house again! Excellent service from start to finish!

From first contact Tim made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. We did not have much notice of our move date but Tim was very accommodating and understanding. On the day the whole team were friendly and professional taking great care of our furniture and belongings. They disassembled and reassembled large furniture items and unplumbed washing machine etc, which further reduced our stress. Nothing was too much trouble and their attitude and approach made a potentially​ stressful day easy. The price was reasonable and every aspect of the service from On The Go was a pleasure - I would highly recommend them - thanks guys!

Sitting here in our new home I am so glad we went with Tim, Junior and Mo for getting all our stuff from Sheffield to Wales. We had resigned ourselves to doing the move ourselves, to save money but I can hand-on-heart say that the quote Tim gave us made us sit up and consider them and I am so relieved and grateful we did. The guys were polite, friendly, proefessional and a pleasure to be around. I mean they grafted their proverbials off and made the move so easy despite the distance.

We can't praise these guys enough! We selected this company as they also moved our neighbours into their new house and she recommended them. We had noticed how courteous they were in parking the lorry during her move, checking with neighbours and even put out our bin for collection! Tim and his team were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble, they went the extra mile and took great care with our belongings. They were all polite, cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend. These guys are the best! I can't recommend highly enough. Will never use anyone else. Came in packed everything up, dismantled everything then unpacked and reassembled in new house. Gave us advice when our sellers didn't vacate on time. Quick, professional, friendly, obviously know what they're doing. Literally were saviours during a massively stressful time. Can't send enough gratitude to them for everything they did. If I could give more than 5 stars I would🙏

From start to finish, my move was handled professionally and took all the stress of moving away from me. Thiago and his team have great attention to detail and everything went amazingly well. They put everything quickly into their vans taking care of my possessions and taking apart big items and unpacked at my new home and put the big items back together and placed all my furniture and boxes in the rooms they needed to be in. A really friendly team and a great price. Much less than other quotes I received. If you want a removal company that takes the stress away then these are your guys.
