I used this company to carry out my removal based on the 5-star reviews from the previous customers. I was also assured from the owner various times in before the removal that the service was to high standard and once again, was directed towards the google reviews. Originally, they turned up 30 mins late due to a flat battery, which was fine as complications do arise during the removal process. To me if they turn up and can carry out the work professionally, I will have no complaints.

The problem I have is they scratched my TV and refused to take ownership. It was made worse as before I could speak, I had a childish worker from the back saying “it’s not our fault” about 100 times. I was left with 3 people in my living room at the end of a 15 hour long day, so I decided to pay them to get them out of my house. It made it even worse that after I made the payment, they had to say it again, “it’s not our fault”.

To me removal companies provide insurance for your products, so there should never be an issue if anything is broken or damaged. Either their product insurance is a scam (and they don’t have it), or they knew it was their fault and refused to take ownership. My experience only leaves me to say 3 things about this company, only use them if you want unprofessional people, none of your goods insured and don’t trust their google reviews.

I would heartily recommend Teo’s removal company: TB Prime Removals. They arrived on time and worked solidly all day. They packed china, glass and fragile items very thoroughly and as a result nothing was damaged or broken. I was very impressed with their professionalism and tireless approach to the job. Excellent service.

Had a great experience with TB Prime Removals from start to finish. Very professional and hard working and everything happened as we agreed. They also sorted out storage for me in 4 weeks and when everything was delivered to my new place it was in exactly the same condition as when it was put on the van from my old place. Can only highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again next time I am moving.

Marian was my removals guy and totally professional and efficient. He worked alone but got it all done really quickly. I thoroughly recommend TB removals.

Really really great experience. From survey to delivery, Teo has always been honest, pragmatic, communicative and very professional. Him and his team were great at disassembling and reassembling our furniture, and placing each piece of content where we needed it. They were also very punctual, kind and extremely helpful. Would strongly recommend.
