Exeter Removers were exceptional. From initial phone call to site visit to the moment they left us in our new home, everything was perfect. We had a long move from Devon to Lancashire and this required the collection from local storage in Devon and delivery to new storage in Preston, as well as the house to house move. On the moving days themselves, Dan and Jay were thoroughly professional - clearly knowing what they were doing both in emptying the house and loading the very large van. They worked for hours almost non-stop (despite my offerings of coffee and sandwiches). They were polite and good humoured throughout. Whenever questions arose, they offered their own thoughts and these were usually better than my own; it felt like a friendly collaboration throughout. On the second day, they got to the new storage site before I did and liaised with the manager there on my behalf to get started. When I arrived and went to the storage office to sort out the admin, the manager said that Dan and Jay were the most professional and friendliest removers he had ever worked with and said he'd been disappointed that they were based in Plymouth as he would have liked to be able to recommend them locally. Given just how many removers he must work with given his role, I suspect his comments are better validation than my own. Thanks, Jay and Dan, for making a stressful experience so much smoother and more pleasant than I could have imagined.

Exeter Removals were friendly and professional from the outset. The survey was professional but friendly and the admin team in the office were responsive to changes, friendly and helpful, despite being very short-staffed due to covid. The packers were swift, careful and friendly and it didn't feel awkward or worrying to have them pack our precious household! On the day of the move everyone arrived early and balanced our requests (some rooms earlier for cleaning) with loading requirements. And all that for a hugely competitive cost. I am recommending them to everyone and will use them in any future moves.

Exeter Removers were absolutely outstanding. The guys turned up on time and immediately got on with emptying our home in a professional and timely manner. Couldn't have been more helpful and polite. They arrived the following day bright and early and unloaded and placed our effects exactly where we requested with no negative responses whatsoever.

Exeter removals have been fantastic for our move, from the office staff at booking keeping us informed both email and phone and as we were moving 361 miles and the move took 4 days. the removers both of them working their socks off from a 5 bed house to another 5 bed house in pouring rain both with a smile.
