I can't recommend Umbrella Removals highly enough!

They were an excellent find and I'm so glad my wife and I went with them. Gina came round to our property promptly and put together a very competitive quote, suggesting some good packing tips while she was round.

On the day, the removal men turned up promptly, getting straight on with the moving of boxes and wrapping of our fragile items. They even shrink wrapped some of our furniture.

We had some difficulty on the day (with exchanging and completing in a very short time period). The men were very supportive and Gina very accommodating. The unloading at the new property was efficient and everything was done with a smile.

Absolutely top service, swift, kind, professional and competitively priced. Excellent all round!

Amazing experience! I was so stressed about my move from Nottingham to London, but Umbrella team just did everything so easy from booking to the move itself. My daughter used this company last week to move home. It was not an easy move the majority of items being taken down two steep flights of stairs. The men involved were polite and so hardworking and took everything, even the awkward bits with a smile. Compared to some others the price was extremely reasonable, some movers pricing themselves out obviously because this was not a doddle of a job. Being present on the day and seeing how they took a lot of the stress out I would not hesitate to recommend them and indeed will be doing so to anyone I know is on the move.

Can’t fault Umbrella Removals at all! Based on our experience, I’d recommend them without reservation.

We used their packing service and the removals service. They packed up our entire flat (1 bedroom, study, lounge/diner, kitchen) in a few hours on the Monday at 4pm. They boxed everything incredibly well and wrapped any furniture or larger items so they wouldn’t get knocked or scratched.

On the Tuesday they arrived bang on time at 10am and got cracking. They had left our bed up so we could sleep in it on the Monday night and dismantled it in no time on the Tuesday. It took them about 2 hours to pack the whole flat and then they got on their way to the house.

Once we got the keys to the new house they had unpacked everything into specific rooms in less than an hour and a half (that included putting our bed, dining table and sofas back together!)

The guys and girls involved worked so hard and so quickly, they were polite and lovely to work with.

Brilliant from start to finish! The guys on the day were so good. We had a lot to move, and a lot of stress on the day, but these guys were really professional and nothing was too much! They even helped calm a very worried wife down when we didn't get the keys until 17:00 on a Friday! 10/10 would use again.
