Jarretts Removals & Storage

We used Jarretts today after being recommend by my father in law. The three gentlemen that help with the move were excellent. Very professional and took great care of our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Unclear instructions about the dates of moving which caused a knock on effect with other arrangements I had made. Damaged several items of furniture, when I reported it, I was informed both of the staff stated 'it was like that'. I haven't completely unpacked yet and I am dreading what else I am going to find. Avoid at all costs, find another firm.
There are only 2 members of staff who are actually professional. The operations manager was extremely aggressive when I questioned the information given to me by the assessor. I am thoroughly disappointed.

To make it even worse they lost items not necessary of value but of importance to me, they denied it and wouldn't even look for the box in question.

I asked for an insurance form, the manager refused to give one to me until I removed this review.

Good firm, very helpful

We used Jarretts for both our moves. Can't fault them. Staff work very hard, extremely polite and rebuild things they had to take apart at records speeds. EXCELLENT.

Jarretts recently helped me with a local move in the Norwich area are did an excellent job in record time. I would highly recommend them as a highly professional firm who are reliable and trustworthy. I also like the fact they are local, independent and family run.

The movers were really friendly, very fast, efficient and made the whole thing seem easy. People in the office were more than helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am so very pleased that I chose to go with the pack and move Service that Jarretts offered. They came the day before the move date and packed up almost everything and very kindly left me with all the amenities that I needed for that evening and the next morning . Nothing was too much for them , they took the strain of moving completely out of it for me, even when it came to moving into my new home they got me a chair to sit on and they asked where every box , items were to go.
Totally amazing I can’t praise them enough all of them were amazing in their own ways.
I wouldn’t hesitate In recommending them to anyone. Hopefully this will be my last move, but should I have to move again I would have no hesitation in getting Jarretts to move me again.
