East Surrey Museum

Considering it is a small museum I was amazed by the amount of local history you need between 1 - 2 hours for a visit

Tiny local museum run by volunteers. During holiday times there is always something special on for kids. Great info about the history of Caterham valley and hill.

Tiny museum but the kids loved it. There is a room dedicated to kids. Surprisingly they particularly enjoyed the type writer. We managed to spend a couple of hours there.

Great little-known nugget of Caterham and surrounds: history, artifacts, knowledgable and friendly staff, and only 1 minute walk from Caterham station. A must.

Very interesting and impressed by the children's area.

Very friendly and welcoming staff and a very interesting and informative small museum.

A delightful little museum with lots of local history and local information. The volunteer staff are also very friendly and living resposititories of local history.
There is also a library two doors or so down with a local studies section too.

they sell crystals and it’s amazing so interesting 100% recommend
