Can't imagine almost 2000 years ago Roman people were living here. The facilities design of bath were amazing! They were so advantage and intelligent. The site is tiny may easy to miss, one of the junction doesn't set up any sign may confuse visitors, remember just go straight the in that junction, the site is hiding in a small path. The descriptions with illustration on each signs tell us the stories of this old Roman town, very clear and good enough to understand. Like a time machine, imagine all the entertainment and market were here under your feet 2000 years ago, nice experience!

Great little Roman ruins site, good to have a look around but not an all day visit. Museum wasn't open when we visited.

Stopped at Wall roman site on the way home, and glad we did. It's free to visit and staff on site were friendly and helpful. We looked at the artifacts that had been found on site inside the small museum. Then we walked around to see the roman ruins, there was lots of info around to explain what the rooms would have been used for.

I wasn't expecting much from the photos on the internet, but we were really pleasantly surprised. The car park down the road is free and just a short walk through a really pretty village to the museum. The museum is small, but is an absolute gem as the items inside are fascinating and you are allowed to pick them up, which really adds to the experience. The staff were wonderful and really helpful, providing additional colour and information about the site and objects. The site itself is what you would expect, but the information boards are interesting and relevant. We had an enjoyable trip.

The Roman ruins are free to enter. The museum was closed, open March to October, but the ruins are really peaceful and relaxing. If arriving by bus, be aware that it's situated about 1.2 miles from the Birmingham road so may be less suitable for younger visitors. This site is not wheelchair accessible.

We didn't get out of the car because of the weather. Museum closed now for the winter so will be back another time.
