Maritime Museum

Stumbled across this small museum whilst walking around the harbour. Worth a look , but it doesn't state anywhere you have to pay to go in. .

This is only a small museum but it's packed with alot of exhibits and information, with things to keep the kids entertained.

Great little visit. The lady and gent volunteering really made it worthwhile. They went out of their way to make sure the little ones were kept interested and entertained.

Lovely small local maritime history museum, lots of interesting features and memorabilia. The staff are great and willing to explain and assist .

An information video was playing on a tiny TV but there was so much noise from people chatting behind the reception desk, we couldn't hear it. Not worth the entrance fee sadly.

Lovely little museum, well worth the small admission fee to actually learn something about the formation of Porthmadog.

At £2.00 per adult admission it is very reasonably priced and gives an interesting insight to the maritme history of Portmadog.
