Bought a guitar here before they have good stocks but the staff don't seem very interested in the customer in my experience

Been going here 2 years in a row, love the staff and the shop. Super friendly, really kind and funny staff who are helpful. Bought 2 Ibanez from this shop and they’re amazing quality. Will be coming every year for the forceable future to see the staff and buy a beauty. Cheers guys for everything!

Literally popped in last minute on our family visit to Norwich. What a super super shop this is. Fantastic guitar selection and wonderful customer service. You couldn't want for more. Very welcoming staff with a lovely warm sense of humour. Honestly, this place is great. It's like a tardis.... looks tidy from outside but literally explodes with room after room of awesome instruments ranging for of course every conceivable electric & acoustic guitar going, to drum kits, saxophones & loads of gadgets and accessories.

This place is one of the best for service, I have been using them for over forty years and can not fault them in any way, Even when I was a child they treated me as an adult and took my interest seriously.

The model for how music shops should be. Gently supportive service, no assumptions about anything. A joy.

Staff were really helpful when we came in looking for a left handed guitar.
Added bonus was that they actually have lefties in Stock.
