Townsend Music Ltd

I have ordered more than 20 Vinyl records from them. The order has always arrived quickly, although I do not live in England. It has always been very well packaged and everything is always in perfect condition.

All items in the order arrived promptly, 24 hours after official release date. They were in perfect order, having been shrink wrapped onto a board within the outer box. This is excellent attention to detail, and prevents LP cover corners being creased up. Well done Townsend Music's shipping department! Outstanding!

Arrived a day later than expected.
CD Jewel case was broken, as usual.
This is something have come to expect from TM now, and it's so disappointing.

The Tshirts were both fine though.
I do wish The Stranglers were aware of this. I've also ordered items that never arrived (I was given refunds for the items, but its very disappointing).

Package arrived on time, which was appreciated, considering recent strikes. I was looking forward to receiving Tom Chaplin’s latest album, which I am enjoying, much.

I've ordered a few things now and it's always been a brilliant service, with fast delivery.
When a new album comes out on vinyl that I want, this is always the first site I visit.

I've used Townsend Music on muerous occasions over the years and never once have I had an bad experience with them. Vinyls always arrive in great condition and on time. Excellent company

So Kylie Impossible Princess Picture Disc delayed but no email sent out to advise the people who had ordered after the 7th September that they'd be delayed till end of November (another 6 weeks) due obviously to the mistake of Townsend Music.
When I finally got a response from TM I was told they'd added info to website on issue.. Great so I have to check up on my order and know where to look to find out an issue of theirs!
On top of this no apology and nothing offered as an Incentive to compensate those that have to wait. I doubt they consider people may of purchased these as gifts and may need to know of delays.
Completely inconsiderate and terrible business etiquette.
Won't be returning to TM again.

Bought the music's live cd from Leeds from you guys a while ago. The cardboard case wasn't put together correctly when it arrived and now has burst itself open at both sides as the glue wasn't able to hold it together. The cd itself is fine but it's disappointing that the box has fell apart seen as its been signed by the band
