Staff member David was extremely knowledgable on his Twice albums! He was very helpful and friendly, helping us find all the things we needed when we needed help. Made our day really!

New store looks really nice and has much more of the collectable and novelty but it's very miss organised in the music and dvd section. nothing is in order and it makes it extremely hard to find anything. It was good to find them, long time since going to Canterbury. Had a CD and dvd's to buy for Christmas pressies. Two very knowledgeable men helped my wife and I find exactly what we needed to buy. Thank you guy's.

HMV is a strong brand but unfortunately cd’s and lp’s have made way for novelty stuff, games and other junk. How I long for the old days when they sold 7” singles and CD-singles… I was kindof impressed with the large selection of LP’s, but I don’t buy LP’s anymore.

Since moving to their new premises in Canterbury, HMV has totally remodelled itself. It is now a hip and trendy place to buy vinyl, merchandise, dvds, turntables and speakers and so on. Love the new look.
