rly disappointing kpop section - everytime i go they only have boy groups and no girl groups :/ better off ordering online

Great selection of dvd’s, vinyl records, cd’s and toys. Only reason it’s not 5 star is the lack of comics they only have graphic novels which I like but would also enjoy comics. Other than that one complaint great store for any collector.

Not bad. You pay chain store prices and some of the shelves are over stocked, so when you look at something loads of other things fall off, so some parts can be messy. Staff are always friendly and helpful though :)

Is a reasonably small store with a limited selection, but it's my closest HMV store and there's little choice for music & video stores these days.

It's been a while since I've popped into an HMV store as I was out the country for a good few years.

I've got to say I forgot how enjoyable it is to just browse through the cd aisles finding albums to add to the collection.

They have a great 4k Blu ray section where I ended up picking up a film I wanted on 4k for a while at a great price ( way cheaper than Amazon) staff were awesome to talk too and clearly passionate about music and film.
The comic section had some first prints of some popular DC comics still in stock so definitely worth checking that out too.
Genuinely left the store feeling rather nostalgic as I spent much of my youth in record stores and I liked that feeling
I will return next time I'm in Cheltenham .

As a regular customer at HMV Cheltenham, I am always pleased with the great selection of new and back-catalogue CDs. The staff are pleasant, cheerful and helpful and I love the opportunity to browse for as long as I want. I wait in hope for the Worcester branch to reopen but, until then, I am happy to continue supporting the Cheltenham outlet.

Nice to still be able to rely on HMV to buy CD, DVD, and records !
