Amazed to see HMV still going bought some CDs blueray n dvds are very cheap now obviously but still love the store .

Couldn't find anything I wanted.
Headphones I wanted to try were only demoing one track (not to my taste) and then in mono as they were defective. Not that any were in stock anyway, so the whole business was pointless.

The range of stock is nowhere near as good as it once was. Times are changing, and it is clear they are struggling as a business. Prices can be a bit expensive. Customer service is great.

HMV has changed a bit over the years, but still a great place for your music or DVD needs as well as gifts. Huge range of vinyl as well as music tech makes this a great shop to visit.

Wasn't that impressed. Was great to see it had loads of Vinyls in stock and really wanted to crate dig for some great records. The family had other ideas and when we asked for a Nintendo game a member of staff was kind of reluctant to help but said we had to get it from the website...So we got it at Smyths toy shop.

Reasonably sized store. Have a range from CDs, DVDs, Vinyl, Headphones and T-shirts on sale. Staff have always been helpful when I have difficulty finding an item I want. Definitely one of my go to places if I stuff from the above list on the same day.

Great store, good to see them apparently doing well. Excellent selection.

Lots of variety among the products & with a sale on bargains to be had as well. Additionally I was looking to exchange some items for which I had the receipts & the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
