Absolutely amazing service. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my old LP12. He carried out the work so quickly and advised me without being at all pushy. Also I’d just like to say that he made me feel really welcome - sometimes being a woman makes you a bit of an outsider in garages, record shops and when dealing with audio equipment etc. but he was really fantastic. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

What a brilliant guy Robert is and he has an outstanding business. Just purchased an Inspire Linn Sondek LP12 in beautiful maple with Roksan arm. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and friendly giving advice freely and without any bias both by phone and in person. As I am currently housebound he came over to install and set up for me and also gave me a good quality cartridge both free of charge. He provided exactly what I needed without trying to sell me things. He is obviously very passionate about his customers. He took time to listen to my records and system then have a great chat. Going through everything thoroughly so my son and I could understand. Customer service like this is hard to come by and it made this purchase very special for me. I have found a dealer for life and will now be doing any further upgrades through Inspire.

I arranged to have my Linn Sondek LP 12 serviced and also upgrade the power supply to the Heed Obelisk TX.I could not be any happier with the service provided which was done efficiently and at a very reasonable price.Thanks again Robert
