In the past I have ordered music form the shop and it always arrived very promptly. Nowadays i order donwloads of classical music online and delivery is of course instant. What i like is the hugely wide choice of artists and recordings available and when there has been an issue (twice I think), it has been resolved by return. Recommend very highly.
