We were looking for a piano as we had just started learning. Extremely friendly, helpful and they had a great option that alllowed us to rent for 6 months and the money spent renting was offset against the purchase of a new model if we decided to. Still playing, thoroughly enjoying, and without the help we received may never have continued playing and owning our own piano. We can’t recommend them enough.

Really impressed with this shop. We took a clarinet in for an estimate on having it serviced. Unfortunately it was beyond the further investment.
We were not pressurised into making a further purchase and there was no charge for their time.

Snooty female staff member(I assumed manager/supervisor). Instead of just politely saying that they didn’t stock what I asked for, she belittled and patronised me. Upsetting and extremely discouraging as a beginner looking to learn an instrument. Tried to shop in this independent business but will have to just purchase from amazon to avoid this staff members judgemental attitude.

I first visited the shop with an initial enquiry about a guitar for my nephew. Jake took a lot of time to find out what I was looking for and why then explain the range and options on offer. He was obviously very knowledgeable around the subject, and his passion for guitars was very evident. I was so impressed with my experience I visited again a week later and bought a guitar. It's great to find a business that has such friendly and attentive customer service and I would highly recommend them.
