Hmv

Was shocked to see they sell cereal boxes.
With no cereal inside..... but a t.shirt.

As usual good selection of music and quirky gifts.

This particular HMV is a little find ...... not just music but also Chinese and American sweets and drinks confectionery, clothes and toys and popular figures from your favourite films. It's safe to say it's not to late to write HMV off yet !!! They still have a lot to prove, with the correct balance of more movie related toys and merchandise and more badges etc they have almost got the balance right they just need to get rid of dvds and blurays as that ship has now sadly sailed !!! Everyone is watching more digital format such as Netflix, Amazon

A dying breed of a shop. Had quite a few genres of cds to poke but there wasn't many unusual or depth of catalogue..nevermind. On the other hand there was loads of vinyl, dvds, collectables, tshirts and posters. No ps games that I could see. Had fun browsing around and got a couple of things.

Lovely shopping experience.
Vinyl records in a throwback to the 80's.
Plus lots and lots of merchandise.dvds.books and gifts.

Decent HMV store inside a shopping centre complex.
Pay meter parking is council managed.

Got the partner some bits for christmas online he was thrilled to bits, got extra that he doesn't need can i return it to the store.

Great shop. Good selection and the recent tweak on the layout has helped locating new releases easier. The Staff are knowledgable and on the whole, friendly and approachable. I certainly enjoy the staff picks on CDs, and have discovered many bands and artists through these that I wouldn't have done otherwise.

One of the shops that I always go into when in town, and I never leave empty handed.
