I was recommended to use Guitar Works by Sam formerly of Savage Messiah. I had a brand new USA Fender guitar with factory finish flaw on the fretboard that caused discomfort. Fender refused to cover this under their warranty. Ian repaired it to better than new as you can see in the photos! It is not every day that you get a luthier that provides better service and craftsmanship than the world's largest guitar maker! 10 out of 10 will use again! Sending all of my work to Guitar Works moving forward!

Great service and excellent work. Have had a few guitars serviced and reworked and they are like brand new guitars. Play perfectly and fairly priced. Will definitely be back in the future

My Taylor was unplayable due to its terrible action and several other problems. After the repair it was as good as when I bought it. Guitar works provided an excellent service.

Ian did a great job on my 40 year old fender acoustic. Complete re-fret and set up. Now my most playable guitar. Brilliant.
