I ordered a guitar to Germany and having some problems with it, Mann's Music helped me in the best way possible. Besides providing help via Email for my technician they organized a transport back to the distributor in the UK, so the guitar can be repaired. Their responses to my emails were quick, helpful and always friendly. I recommend this shop to anyone, they're really about the instruments they are selling.

Great online service. Ordered a lovely Gold sparkle Kala ukulele for my sons birthday and turned up very quick.

Great quality instrument and plays just as nice as my Kala.

Bought a Yamaha DGX660 electric piano online from them in December almost a year ago, and am only posting this review now as it's only just come out of the packaging, after I've moved house to somewhere I actually have room to set it up.

The service I received from these guys was just excellent, probably the best I've had from any company I've bought anything from in my life. This for me was an expensive purchase (though their pricing was reasonable), so I was delighted when not long after I bought it they called me to discuss the delivery process in detail, and exactly what to expect. This put me at ease, and in the end the product arrived in good order and good condition.

Will definitely look at using these guys before anyone else in the future if I need other music equipment. These days it's especially rare that a company will look after you as their customer beyond what is required of them by law, sometimes not even then. These guys on the other hand were courteous, professional, and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

Poor services and rude staff, I felt verydiscriminated.
Looking for buying a Yamaha digital piano for my younger sister to celebrate her success in Grade 4 and doesn’t want to wait the delivery for buying online.

Walked in and had a look around, I kindly asked for trying one piano as I am not a novice in piano and have been playing over 20 years. The most Ridiculous thing is every instrument including the guitars hanging on the ceiling are tagged with DO NOT TOUCH please ask for assistance. The rudiest male shop keeper said if you don’t want to buy it no touch for keeping the refreshness for the real owner. A big question mark here: if we don’t try it how customer make the decision? i bet no one buying it by only seeing it. Besides, no piano can be simply broken by trying.

Also, there is only few models of digital piano and maybe this store is just a retailer of Yamaha or even not. Compared to the services and range of products with Yamaha Soho branch in London, they have a whole range of digital pianos and acoustic pianos, and you can try anyone you want also with well-trained staff to discuss the best option with great value. Finally made my decision of buying from London and paying postage to ship it home cause the customer services is way more professional and friendly.

Also, Please do not quibble that your store is this good or that good or saying I didn’t mentioned my intention to buy, because no staff even asked me anything or a simply greeting, £9200 acoustic piano so what? Don’t judge people by looking it’s cover, this is absolutely a discrimination, or only because I am Asian? Funny 😆 Asian people around the UK has more purchasing power compared to locals.

After being let down majorly by a huge music company, I thought I would try a more human touch to online shopping for my sons Christmas present. My goodness I was not disappointed, I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company. I initially rang to check the availability as I am days away from requiring this gift by now. A lovely lady answered my call, went to the shop floor and immediately returned saying yes we have one!!i ordered immediately and rather than wait weeks with a huge company only to hear after constant pestering it wasn’t in stock until March.. I found this company to be absolutely fabulous to work with. (Right down to accurate information shown online before the order)I received the guitar in pristine condition well packaged and even more importantly I received it within 3 working days right near to the festive season too. In addition the guitar was £20 cheaper than an alternative company. I thoroughly endorse this store and want to take the time to thank you for restoring my faith in online shopping for such an expensive item.

A happy mum

I was looking to buy a digital piano, saw it on the website and made an appointment to go in and see it on a Sunday. It was only me in the shop which was great with COVID. Jake and Alex were so helpful and knowledgable. They had the Roland I was interested in all set up ready for me to play and also showed me some other options and gave great advice. The shop has a great stock of Roland, Yamaha and Kawai pianos as well as guitars, accessories and music books.

I spent an hour in the shop playing various pianos and getting advice from Alex and Jake which was very relaxed, no pressure to buy. I had a call first thing the next morning to arrange delivery and the piano arrived fully assembled by noon. Tim and his colleague who delivered it were lovely too. They were able to order a non-stocked stool for me from the manufacturer too which will arrive by courier once it’s available.

All in all I couldn’t recommend Mann’s music highly enough - really great experience and I will certainly be back. Their customer service is wonderful, they really know their stuff. It’s a great local music shop, well worth a visit.

Went to buy a guitar, chose the one on the left in the pic (Yamaha F370, was 50% off!). Very helpful staff guiding me to choose the best one given my criteria. You do have to book an appointment by calling them. I was the only customer in store, so not very busy.
