Great quality instrument and plays just as nice as my Kala.
The service I received from these guys was just excellent, probably the best I've had from any company I've bought anything from in my life. This for me was an expensive purchase (though their pricing was reasonable), so I was delighted when not long after I bought it they called me to discuss the delivery process in detail, and exactly what to expect. This put me at ease, and in the end the product arrived in good order and good condition.
Will definitely look at using these guys before anyone else in the future if I need other music equipment. These days it's especially rare that a company will look after you as their customer beyond what is required of them by law, sometimes not even then. These guys on the other hand were courteous, professional, and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.
Looking for buying a Yamaha digital piano for my younger sister to celebrate her success in Grade 4 and doesn’t want to wait the delivery for buying online.
Walked in and had a look around, I kindly asked for trying one piano as I am not a novice in piano and have been playing over 20 years. The most Ridiculous thing is every instrument including the guitars hanging on the ceiling are tagged with DO NOT TOUCH please ask for assistance. The rudiest male shop keeper said if you don’t want to buy it no touch for keeping the refreshness for the real owner. A big question mark here: if we don’t try it how customer make the decision? i bet no one buying it by only seeing it. Besides, no piano can be simply broken by trying.
Also, there is only few models of digital piano and maybe this store is just a retailer of Yamaha or even not. Compared to the services and range of products with Yamaha Soho branch in London, they have a whole range of digital pianos and acoustic pianos, and you can try anyone you want also with well-trained staff to discuss the best option with great value. Finally made my decision of buying from London and paying postage to ship it home cause the customer services is way more professional and friendly.
Also, Please do not quibble that your store is this good or that good or saying I didn’t mentioned my intention to buy, because no staff even asked me anything or a simply greeting, £9200 acoustic piano so what? Don’t judge people by looking it’s cover, this is absolutely a discrimination, or only because I am Asian? Funny 😆 Asian people around the UK has more purchasing power compared to locals.
A happy mum
I spent an hour in the shop playing various pianos and getting advice from Alex and Jake which was very relaxed, no pressure to buy. I had a call first thing the next morning to arrange delivery and the piano arrived fully assembled by noon. Tim and his colleague who delivered it were lovely too. They were able to order a non-stocked stool for me from the manufacturer too which will arrive by courier once it’s available.
All in all I couldn’t recommend Mann’s music highly enough - really great experience and I will certainly be back. Their customer service is wonderful, they really know their stuff. It’s a great local music shop, well worth a visit.
The guitar was delivered by DHL couriers in very challenging winter conditions on time and in immaculate condition. Thanks to DHL.
The guitar is also is perfect immaculate condition and has been cared for whilst with Manns Music.
Very pleased with the service, can very much recommend.
Thank you Tim.
