Great store, easy parking outside. Friendly helpful staff. Purchased an electric guitar for my daughter last year, they were really helpful then with good advice and tips. Brought it back for new strings and left it there. It took about 1 hour to complete as they were fairly busy and it was a Sunday. Got a call when it was finished and ready to pick up.

Fantastic shop. Fully loaded with instruments, new and used to raise the heart beat of any musician. The staff are patient and extremely helpful. I have always been welcome to try any instrument with any arrangement of amplifier. The shop is packed with accessories and sundries. And there is always a tempting sale on, or a price reduction. If you are visiting Norwich and making music is your thing. I recommend you pay this shop a visit. Expect to be there for a while because there is a lot on offer.

Great selection, competitive prices. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Only gripe is website led me to believe a selection of items I wanted to check out was in stock, and this was not the case. But I did find an instrument I liked so it was not a wasted journey.

The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful, my boyfriend and I went in to sell his old guitar and buy him a new one and in spite of the close closing time, the staff were really accommodating and helpful! Really lovely of them, couldn't recommend enough!!

Spotted a guitar I liked on the Norwich website, it was actually at the Birmingham shop. Stu, the manager, arranged for it to be sent to him for next day delivery so that I could try it, hassle free. I was offered a good price on my two trade in guitars and came with a great guitar. Thanks PMT.

Mark always helps me out in here as I lack the tech knowledge! I like that they market check if u buy something of a high price to make sure they are competitive. Brilliant shop.

Easy and straight forward transaction. Dan helped my husband look for a really good deal, even added a few freebies in. You will be dealing with real friendly people with high quality instruments.

We went to look at some drum kits and find out info. The guy who looked after us was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and gave us loads of good advice without any pressure. We now feel much better informed about our options and will definitely be back!
