Great store, super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Carl did a really nice job re-stringing my guitar for me, taking time to make corrections to the board so that it played better. Would definitely recommend them.

Just bought a splendid electrical piano from here. Very happy. The shop owner kindly helped with getting a cab to transport it south of Thames and negotiated a fair deal. I thought the items in the shop
were reasonably priced , with a good understanding of what is what, and different brands. I recommended this shop to all my musician friends as a result. Will come back.

Great little shop with loads of new and used items ranging from musical instruments and effects pedals, to retro gaming which is out the back of the shop. I absolutely love this shop and have been coming here for around 20 years!!! A proper hidden gem, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff - Karl in particular is a top quality guy and so helpful!!!

Gave me a good deal on a guitar. Well worth a look for their interesting collection of second hand guitars and staff were friendly and helpful.

Wow, what a place! I went there in November/22, surely next time will go back to buy an acoustic bass.. Friendly staff too!!! Highly recommend!

Went there today, and I’ve never witnessed such friendly customer service. A guitar I ordered for Christmas arrived smashed from another place, so we went to x electrical and I couldn’t be happier. The worker there was so informative, he helped me pick out the correct guitar for me and helped differentiate between what I liked and what I needed for an affordable price. He really knew what he was talking about and shared some incredible stories. If you want to be faced with knowledge, kindness and interest I definitely recommend going to x electrical. Will definitely go again. Avoid hating reviews, this place is legit.

I was recommended to visit this gem by another gem of the area when I decided to acquire a new hobby of listening to vinyl. Everyone in the shop is extremely friendly, it took ages to pick the perfect set and they helped me patiently. So nice to have little shops like this where you are treated like a friendly neighbor (:

Been in there 4 times and never again . Long grey haired old man and skinny short haired grey old man working there have serious attitude problems. They talk to customers as if they've no right to be there, never smile , insulting remarks on what you’d like to sell them then sell it for massive mark up . Spoke to many people that have the same if not worse experiences in this shop . The second hand goods never last long also so I’ve been told .Sad old men . Avoid
