Purchased a Yamaha THR3011 amp which arrived in perfect condition in a time less than the stated delivery time. The order process was flawless and the price was the most competitive compared to other retailers. I was extremely impressed with the service that Rimmers provided. I will be looking to purchase from this company again in the future.

The keyboard was a good price, and lived up to its hype. Very attractive was the next day delivery option, so I went to Rimmers because of that. Unfortunately, the delivery service (FedEx) is very below par, and it took me hours of chasing and a few days later I finally got the keyboard (from a warehouse 10 miles away). Also unfortunately, Rimmers proved very difficult to contact, so that really didn't help in resolving the mess. I would probably consider using Rimmers again, but only if they are available for contact when needed, and offer a more reliable delivery service.

Bought Yamaha Clavinova online and very happy with it. Spoke to Rimmers a couple of times to confirm spec of piano. Delivery was good - on specified day. Piano is fantastic. Good overall experience.

Glad I bought my Yamaha PSR-E373 from Rimmers. Never played piano before and was looking for a while of what to buy and where to buy it. Watched a few videos on YouTube and the demonstrations by Rimmers staff were really good, especially the one by Barry. The buying process was really easy and I was well informed of what was happening with my purchase and when the keyboard was dispatched. The keyboard was delivered next day as advertised and arrived in good condition.

I recently purchased a piano bench from Rimmers online, and it arrived with a manufacturing defect on one of the legs. I contacted their customer services and sent them a picture of the defect, and they arranged a replacement to be shipped out the very next day, and for the damaged item picked up by the carrier. Lucy @ Rimmers online was very helpful - couldn’t ask for better service. I also bought a digital piano from their Leyland store fairly recently, and got excellent advice and service there, too.
