Hibernian Violins

Just had 2 violins serviced and bows re-haired. Paddy worked his magic as usual as now both violins sound amazing, with Paddy working to our very tight one day turn around.
Paddy is such a knowledgeable, friendly, patient and honest craftsman - such a rare gem situated in the heart of The Malvern Hills. Looking forward to seeing you again next year!

We travelled on a recommendation to get a good (not great) fiddle “serviced,” for a couple of average players, that hasn’t had enough love that hasn’t had a lot of love for forty years. Within a day we had a clean instrument with replacement parts and appropriate adjustments, advice and a new shoulder rest. The first tune, when we got home, just put a grin on our faces.

It is wonderful to have my viola back. I’ve been playing it this week and I just can’t believe what an amazing job you’ve done. You’ve transformed it back into an instrument which is nice to play when others I had showed it to wouldn’t even believe it ever had been decent.  I can’t thank you enough. It’s sounding so much happier than I thought it ever would again. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

I'm in awe of this guy- something of a magician. My very beloved voilin was washed away on the tide, came back to me completely destroyed, and Paddy painstakingly brought it back to life. It sounds better than ever. A miracle.
