What a great guy! Mario sorted me out with a few bits for my kit. Great customer service. Re-skinned my snare and bought a some new pearl hardware. Would defiantly recommend shopping here again!

5 stars. Would give more if I could! I've never experienced better service than that of Mario's, and can't recommend him enough. Nothing is too much trouble as Mario is always willing to help with great advice, and always seems to have everything I need or want in stock.

Mario reconditioned 2 Ludwig snares I had from the 70s and wow! He did an amazing job. They look and sound fantastic. He even went the extra mile to research the serial numbers to find the year and current value, though I would never sell them! The store is amazing, it has everything you need and a caring and knowledgeable staff.

Not often I write reviews but felt Mario at the Drum Warehouse was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the issue I had with getting the sound Iwanted from my DW collectors kit
He spent ages with us recommending different heads for the drums and fitting them on to my kit to listen to the different sounds
After trying a few types of top and bottom heads I decided on the ones that sounded best to my taste.Mario fitted them on and tuned all the drums .Now sound absolutely fantastic. Would definitely recommend using this shop as you get a true customer service and no high pressure sales tactics and brilliant advice.will definitely be going back

Today he sourced a meinl x-hat setup . Works a treat & great price .

Just took delivery ( due to world situation) of a quiet tone practice pad ( Sabian ) works a treat , thanks as ever to Mario for excellent service, price and prompt delivery. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Had 30 year old kit serviced, re-headed and tuned. Mario couldn't have been more helpful with choice of heads, recommendations on tunings etc. Looks and sounds better than it did new. Awesome service.

I have been using Drum Warehouse for the past year and I have to say that Mario and the team are fantastic. My dealings with Mario have been so enjoyable and his Knowledge of the drum world is brilliant. I would highly recommend anyone to this drum company, as you will be disappointed.
