Big store with great selection of guitars (electric, bass, acoustic). You can ask for advice from stuff who is knowledgeable and friendly, or you can browse on your own and try different instruments.

The staff are so friendly and they always seem to want the best for me. My friends and I went there to try out some guitars and they were more than happy to help. The selection of guitars is extraordinary. I love this place and would totally recommend it.

Amazing shop with a huge range to choose from. Special mention for Sam who laid out all the options available and helped me focus down on an guitar suitable for me. Was given space and time to try each one out and did not feel any pressure at all. Walked out a happy man with a new acoustic on my back!

Epsom store. Fantastic and knowledgeable staff always willing to help and never pushing for a sale. I Have bought 3 guitars from them over the past 5 years and every time I went with a list of guitars that I liked, the staff took their time with me and also played each guitar on my list so I could listen to the tone as well as allowing me to play so I got the best guitar for me.

Really great 5* service - staff were very friendly and patient when explaining all the options available to me. They did not pressure me to buy a guitar then and there as I wanted to go away and do some more research before buying, but simply had to come back because of the fantastic service.

I had been looking for a new practice bass amp (50/60 watt size) for some time, having visited a couple of stores ready to buy, I walked away from these well known outlets with an unhappy feeling, sort of unwanted! After a few weeks had passed I tried again this time looking further away from my home, I came across GuitarGuitar's on line store, they had three of the Amps In which I had an interested in stock at their Epsom store. I took a drive over to Epsom and to my surprise I was treated to a very warm welcome, I felt comfortable, no great sale pressure just so helpful and courteous, I was able to hear what I wanted and made my purchase. When I've bought guitars and accessories from them, they have always ensured that I've had adequate opportunity to properly try before committing to purchasing the guitar. In addition, they have been on hand to provide after care and advice to help ensure that I keep my equipment in good condition.
Unlike some stores, they've never tried to push me into a sale and were always happy for me to make up my own mind.
