This shop has not gone - just changed hands. Now called Abbey Road Music. I has a new look and is still fantastic. Great service and even better stock. 10 out of 10.

First visit to the shop and felt extremely welcome. Was able to test the Marshall Silver Jubilee in a hassle free environment. Eventually bought it for a great price. Staff were excellent. Can’t recommend enough.

Went in to buy some recording bits. It’s a very awkward vibe in there and I was pretty much being interrogated on the product I was buying. I come home after spending £159 on a flimsy microphone which I could’ve got for £110 or less. What a complete rip off

I’ve been learning at abbey road for 3 years now and have absolutely loved every single time I’ve been there no matter if you want to buy a guitar or learn it. Everyone is so kind and it easily grabs a five star rating. Dave even gave me a fender baseball.strongly recommend.

Great service from these guys today. I was getting lots of fret buzz on my acoustic guitar and they sorted it out really quickly which was essential as I had to use the guitar this evening. Highly recommended!!

Had my Fender Strat set up here and was an all round excellent experience. Guys in shop very friendly and final guitar set up was great, No hesitation about going back there at all. Great job all round.

I made a stupid mistake when ordering some strings for my guitar (I realized just after I placed the order online). A quick email and "Dave" sorted it out for me and didn't even charge me the amount it cost Abbey Road Music to resolve my problem. For me it made my life that bit easier that day and I've added Abbey Road Music as somewhere I will certainly look at for future purchases.
