Cookes Pianos

Lots of great pianos and keyboards. I was clear to the staff that i wouldn't be buying anything this time, just looking, but they were just as helpful and showed me around the whole store and let me test all the pianos i wanted. Very friendly staff members.
The store is like a Tardis! Looks tiny fruition the outside but is huge on the inside!

Wow! how refreshing to come into a store and be made to feel right at home within seconds of closing the door. An electric atmosphere run by husband and wife team Jo & Steve. Fabulous helpful staff and an incredible range of pianos new and refurbished. Thankyou Jo for making my visit such a pleasant one! FREE Crream Tea when we get there! wink! x

Great range of pianos and keyboards, in terms of skill level, affordability etc. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable too, and are more than happy for you to have a tinkle on the premises (pardon the expression).

Probably the best musix store in Norwich. Bought my first saxophone here and had loads of help picking the right one. Got a good deal with some freebies as well. Will come again

We came in today to buy our daughter a Piano for Christmas. Ollie was brilliant, so helpful and knowledgable. He explained everything to us, showed us all the differences between the digital pianos, and was happy for our daughter to play all the pianos until she found 'the one'. Highly recommended, we will now definitely use this shop for any future piano needs. Thanks for the fantastic customer service Ollie.

Bought a Kawai digital piano via phone. Although experienced significant delays (expected) as it was pre-ordered, Ollie was great and friendly with updates on the delivery every now and then. Piano was assembled nicely and delivered to my home. A happy customer. Excellent service.

Went in to buy my daughter her first 'proper' digital piano. We were served by ollie who couldnt have been more helpful. No hard sell, no rushing us to make a decision. Explained why piano b was more than piano a and what your getting for the extra money. We will be back for sure with all our future piano needs!
