JN NAILS

I love having my nails done here, they got my nails from 0 to awesome in a few months of coming here. I've been having them done every month for a year now. The first set of nails I had done they didn't even think were going to last a week due to my nails being in bad condition then. They lasted a month and a half before having them redone! The colour selection is awesome and their nail art is amazing too. I've had some really complicated designs done and they have done really excellent jobs on all of them which is impressive. They always offer a coffee or tea and a biscuit unless they are so busy that they simply haven't got the time to. They are polite and friendly and their customer service is the best in Melton. My fiancee says they are not just nail technicians they are the nail wizards. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their nails to look fantastic for any occasion. The atmosphere of the shop is really relaxing and friendly making you feel welcome everytime and the salon is always spotless. Just perfect People and perfect service everytime. See you again soon.

Last week I saw a couple of my friends had gotten acrylics and they looked so nice and neat and not too thick like some places do them so I asked, where did you get your nails done? And they both said 'JN Nails' so I tried it out for myself and the place is very clean, relaxing music and comforting seeing as they offer you a tea or coffee. 100% recommend! x

Booked an appointment at 12pm sat waiting for an hour and no apology or update. Missed my next appointment because of it. Wouldn’t have minded if they were behind and honest at the start - I would have come back later. Need to work on communication and customer service.

Made appointment but they were overbooked, waited 45 mins then had to go without treatment. Very expensive they do not explain pricing properly. Told cost then it was doubled when i went to pay. Make sure you have been given correct price before committing. Charged £18 for 10 min removal of nail varnish, that works out at £108 per hour and they only take cash. Would not use again.

Firstly, I was told it would be a 15 minute wait and it was nearly an hour.
Secondly , they charged me more than the person before and the same for infills without gel polish as with.
Thirdly they rushed them and now the nails are all different shapes.

I've used all nail bars in Melton and this is the worst service for the most money.

They book appointments and do a fantastic job and actually talk to you nicely 😊
