Worcester Style Nails

Truly awful pedicure. Very rushed (barely 15mins), hard skin not removed but made worse by technician using cuticle cutter to cut bits off, cash taken in advance, then technician told me the nails were dry after only a few minutes rubbed her fingers across the wet polish smudging it and told me I could leave. I spoke with the manageress (they only deal in cash and do not do refunds for any reason) I waited for the nails to dry properly, asked her to correct the ones that had been smudged and remove the hard skin that was now sticking up from the cuticle cutter.... she did all of this under duress used an electric drill nail file to remove the skin ridges and painted over the smudged nails with clear polish, the result was still pretty shabby. This salon is best avoided if possible.

Went in for get removal and 're paint. I asked for no length to be taken off but she took them right down short. Finish is terrible with bubbles and uneven. She didn't push the critical back so means It's all wobbly nr the critical edge. I think I do a better job myself to be honest.

I’ve been to Worcester Style Nails about 3/4 times in the past couple of years and each time the service was ridiculous, you might wonder “why did I keep going back?” The reason being a) I was younger so didn’t see how silly I was being and b) as an impatient person it’s usually the emptiest nail salon so for times sake I’d go there.

Every SINGLE time I go there the women always reveals some hidden charge as she is doing my nails and I believe it’s because I’m young so she thinks she can take advantage. Whenever I decline her extra charge she always is very rough with my nails, hurting me and once I was so close to leaving but she stopped the harsh treatment quickly.

The actual nail application has been wonky before and the painting a little out of line. Her manners are awful though I do think she mumbles on purpose to get you to agree with things that you don’t really understand, the people are rude and it is not worth it, do go elsewhere.

Worst nail bar my wife has ever been too. Avoid at all cost. There should be an option for no stars, as Worcester Nails doesn’t deserve a single star!
My wife went in for a manicure and gel polish. She had natural long nails, she asked for a little bit off the length. Her nail were clipped and filed so now very short. The shape of each nail is different, and the file used was so coarse, the ends of the nails aren’t smooth.
Poor choice of nail polish colours.
Nail polish applied unevenly and the finished polish is lumpy.
She wished she had seen the reviews before stepping foot through their door.

The staff are always polite whenever I go in and I’m always impressed with my nails when I leave! They have a wide colour selection that you can choose from too! Recommend!

I feel like I'm being kind giving 1 star... I sat down to have my Gel extensions removed and nothing was unusual, she roughed up the nail and dunked them in the acetone to remove it and she then used the electric filer to remove the excess nail. However she did this far too much and I've been left with red and painful nails where I can see bruising and the nail bed is inflamed. She worked far too fast and carelessly as she had other customers and took no care in her work. I am unable to cover this with polish as it is too painful to apply!! THANKS WORCESTER NAILS FOR CHARGING ME £10 TO COMPLETELY RUIN MY NAILS AND LEAVE ME IN PAIN!!!

Absolutely dreadful salon, I've been having my acrylic nails done for 10+ years now and went to this salon as my usual salon was unable to fit me in. There were 2 staff rotating between 4 customers all at the same time! Which I've NEVER experienced or seen anywhere! The application of both nails (i had a new set)and polish were to a horrendous standard with the polish being uneven and not even covering the entire nail. Staff were rude and un-engaging - within 2 days, i had to reapply my own polish because their application was so bad and a week later, 4 nails broken (the acrylic was so thin and the nail poorly applied) and I'm going back to my normal salon to have what's left - removed. AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs, what a complete waste of money.

I visited Worcester Style Nails last week to have Shellac removed and redone. Not only was the lady who did my nails extremely rude and impatient, but the result was unprofessional and poor. The shellac was messy, not painted to the sides or edges of my nails. Worst of all they were extremely harsh on my natural nail during the removal. A week after my treatment one of my nails has split half way down, which has never happened before. I was extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend.
