Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else now. I never use to get my nails done before but after my experience here I actually look forward to going back and doing something a bit different and sometimes a bit adventurous :) from the moment of booking the appointment (online which is fantastic for those who work late or dont do phonecalls me for both!) to the moment you leave the shop you are treated like a VIP. Nothing is too much trouble for them, you ask and they will do their very best to do it. And this is before talking about the beautiful nails! Go look at their FB page for the pictures! Amazing! They know what they are doing and put you at ease well they put you in control. Come with your own ideas and creations and they will help you explore your own imagination or they will give you ideas of their own. The salon itself is beautiful and makes you feel like you are escaping the busy town center for a posh retreat in the city, I love it! Go and try it for yourself and see what GY finally has to offer, the best nail bar around!!! about time GY :)

Fiance absolutely loves her nails they look amazing, staff are extremely friendly, she's said she's definitely coming back again.

So I always come up and have my nails done here when I'm up in Great Yarmouth, they are so up to date with their nail designs. It's such a pretty modern nail shop. Staff are very helpful. The shop is spotless. Offered a drink on arrival (they even have these special lids on your cups to stop nail dust going into your drink) it's the little extra details that make this place so special. They have loads of colours, designs etc. I went for the purple cats eyes, as I had never heard of it before. They are so cool! Had so many comments back home in Hertfordshire about my nails. In the light they can look black/purple, black/pink, black/copper. So different. I can't wait to try something new next time I'm up there!! Highly recommended

I had my nails done on Saturday afternoon with Biab gel.
Firstly I was not impressed that I had to put my fingers in acetone without being asked if I was okay with it.
The lady that did my nails was polite but no interaction.
When I left the nail bar I noticed that two of my nails were faded at the top,I did not have time to return.
When I went to pay I was quoted a higher price than the list, the lady did apologize and corrected the error.
I know mistakes can be made but this is the second time I have visited this nail bar and they have attempted to overcharge me.
Not impressed at all with this nail bar and will not be returning.

Great experience getting my nails done for the very first time. Lovely gentleman there was so kind and comforting and executed the style I wanted perfectly. Will be back soon

Been coming here forever,,nothing is too much trouble, so very helpful .welcoming ,I came on on Friday to have Nails redone by Ha ,,cannot thank her enough they are gorgeous as usualy,,Tuan too is ok (ha ha )lovely man ,,Highly recomeded, lots love ❤️xx

Such genuinely a lovely experience!! I think I got my nails done by the owners brother, and he was so lovely and did a fantastic job with the nail design i asked for, and great conversation too! Felt so welcomed in there and as soon as I walked in you could tell they’re a great salon by the interior.

Lovely nails and appointment needs to be booked which is good so you don't just turn up and have to sit there for ages!
