Most amazing experience getting my nails done here! Went with my sister in law and they stayed open late to finish off our nails. They were extremely gentle with an amazing attention to detail, friendly and chatty too!
My nails are so dainty and pretty, I love them so much!! Would happily go again next time on town :)

Highly recommend this salon! I come here every 3 weeks for acrylics and never leave disappointed. They listen to everything you have to say about length, shape and design and get it spot on every time.
You can book an appointment via the web link, but they also take walk ins.
I am always very pleased with my nails from here and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have never had my nails done professionally at a salon and came to them for my first time. All the staff are very friendly and extremely gentle when doing nails and are amazing to have a conversation with. I showed them a photo of the design I wanted done and they did it better than I could have ever imagined. I was highly impressed with the efficiency and customer care that they displayed at my appointment. I would highly recommend getting your nails done here!

This is only my second time getting my nails professionally done but first time at this salon and it won't be the last. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly. I went in with a design that I hoped they could match and they did! I wasn't disappointed and appreciate all the time and effort they put in.

Avoid, terrible service! They painted my nails and within the day all the varnish had lifted with air bubbles and due to the amount of coats they’d painted on they just peeled. When messaging the responses were diabolical, I was utterly shocked. To quote ‘i feel like you couldnt afford to pay for your nails at all’ ‘i feel sorry for you if that is the case’ ‘u might not like the nails but other would do, you might not like chicken but I do’ ‘your tight on budget’ I have screen shots to show this conversation, when offered for the salon to fix my nails I’d explained that I’m not from the area (30+ miles away) and so wouldn’t pay the petrol to travel back after already receiving such a terrible service. They refused to refund me any money, along with the above responses I think this is a disgrace.

They have done very good job also they did offer me a drink whenever I visit. The staffs are so kind and friendly. In love with this place.

Good prices, great shaping and nail art. I always go in with a picture of what I want and never leave dissapointed. Will correct/change something if you ask. Always busy so best to book and be aware you could be waiting a little while. I would not go anywhere else in Loughborough - every woman in my family goes here!
