Hoa Nails Studio

I've been going to Hoa nails for 6 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They are a husband and wife team and it works well, I've never been dissatisfied Candy always knows what I want and the end results are always lovely. They also have a huge range of nail colours and Candy knows all the latest techniques and fashion. They pay great care with hygiene and social distancing, everything is spotless. So if you want fabulous nails you know where to go!

So pleased I discovered this little gem. The best pedicure I've ever had. Highly recommend and look forward to my next appointment.

Tony and Candy are very professional. They make you feel so comfortable Ive even persuaded my husband to go for a pedicure from time to time when I’m having one.

Had a great experience getting my acrylics done yesterday with Candy, shes so lovely and makes u feel super comfortable. will defo be going back :)

If you want to be disrespected and be shown attitude by the awful lady i had to face… today then please attend this salon!!!! NOT! I wouldnt even give it a star … but I have to … because my review wont get posted.

I was 16 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old with me. My appointment was for 1.30. I was 15 minutes late and there was no one there after this other lady who was getting her nails done. I was rejected with the worse attitude. The lady had no respect and told me why are you late? There is plenty of parking. With disgusting attitude she is questioning me why i couldn’t find parking?

1. It was residential parking only.
2. I couldnt find parking.
3. Found parking 10minutes away and had to walk.

This women whatever her name is has no self respect or knows how to respect, age, gender and ethnicity. She was very rude and told me i cannot serve you when i had told her im sorry but i couldnt find parking and I’ve traveled long way to get my ingrown toe nail out. But she was very cold hearted and full of attitude.
How can you ask a customer to leave? So much ego and pride over your business? Your customer service is awful young lady!!!!!!! You have no respect for pregnant ladys!!!! Karma will show you!!!

Please do not attend this you will find better service else where! She also started talking about me to customers after i walked off!

My wife has been had her nails done here for the last 10 years & now we go together for pedicures. Tony & Candy are wonderful people, very professional but also super welcoming. My wife’s nails are always beautiful & I very much enjoy my pedicure. We highly recommend.

I visited Hoa for the first time after having a bad experience at another nail bar. Candy was so friendly and welcoming. The set I'd had done at the other nail bar looked awful but she transformed my nails, you would never know the bad work had been there. I honestly cannot fault her work, my nails look amazing. She really spent time getting them right and was so warm and friendly. I will definitely be going back.
